"REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM” SEMINAR

Started by the National Rifle Association to focus on women and self-defense, this course was originally started in 1997 by women for women. As the course evolved, this course has now migrated to a non-weaponized course concentrating on society as a whole.

Criminality is mostly a product of opportunity.

This seminar prepares the students for reducing the opportunities presented to perpetrators to commit a crime. Topics will range from common mistakes and practices that create victims, to preparing children and other vulnerable demographics from becoming victims of crime. This course gives attendees knowledge on practices that can protect them from crimes while at home, when traveling, at work, and even topics in cybercrime and protection.
