Pistol Safety & Proficiency Level 2 Course

This next level will be conducted mostly in the field with more live fire action and training than Level 1. After passing proficiency for Level 1, the shooter will be trained in the importance of maintaining proper handgun operations in a more advanced environment.

Level 2 will take a deeper dive in handgun mechanics like stance, grip, sight alignments, sight picture, trigger control, and follow through. Loading and unloading techniques from various positions will be explored and provide a higher level of proficiency in handling your firearms. Movement and presentation from holsters or chosen gear will be introduced in this level and safely engaging a target from rest. The eventual return to the holsters or carry gear will be trained.

Level 2 will not only take you to a higher proficiency level with your choice of firearms but all your ammunition and gear as well. Different types of ammunition and their corresponding pros and cons will be covered making the student more capable of choosing not just their handgun of choice but ammunition, gear, and carry options as well.
